Accident Investigation
At Detect-One, LLC we have a thorough knowledge of automobiles and their mechanisms. We start an investigation by obtaining a traffic accident report from the law enforcement agency who responded to the vehicle collision. We secure the name and identities of all the parties that were involved in the collision, and any witnesses. We analyze the details of what happened and possibly why it happened.
The investigating Police Officer is interviewed for any further information that does not appear in the traffic accident report. The accident scene will be visited and photo sketches from various angles will be taken. Any physical evidence at the scene is collected and properly stored. All parties involved the witnesses will be interviewed for further information about the accident.

General Investigation
We approach every investigation with a completely open mind and without any preconceived ideas or notions. We never assume anything. The worst mistake an investigator can commit is to make unwarranted assumptions or to reach a conclusion that has no basis in facts. Our investigators have the ability to communicate effectively and have a great understanding of the English language.
Our reports are the medium through which we convey the facts that we learn during the course of the investigation. We never hold back any information gathered in the investigation, no matter how insignificant or inconsequential it may seem at the time. The final investigation report will consist of all statements and photos properly identified with written memorandum on all observations, information and examinations collected in the investigation.
Criminal Defense Investigation
The criminal defense investigator is the right arm of the successful criminal attorney. Victims / Witnesses Interviews
It has been our experience at Detect-One, LLC that the manner of conducting an interview is of primary importance in determining the extent of information and cooperation that will be coming from a witness. We use a friendly manner, which we prefer to any other. Detect-One investigators have a bedside manner, like the physician with patients we are warm, friendly and genuine with the witnesses. In the course of our investigation generally all parties to an occurrence or situation are interviewed.
The purpose of these interviews besides a determination of the facts is to determine what the witness knows or may have said to authorities in any formal statements. At Detect-One, LLC we think personal contact is the key to success with witnesses. It establishes rapport with witness and it also allows our investigators to see what kind of impression the witness presents. However, telephone calls, e-mail and text messages are also used. With personal contact our investigators can convey to our clients his impression the witness presents in court if the case goes to trial. All information gathered during the interview process will be recorded, preserved and repeated in an accurate detailed report.
